Q. Can i exchange a product?
A. We only offer returns if you receive a damaged or wrong product.
We genuinely hope you don’t have this issue but in the unfortunate event that you do, please drop us a mail with your complaint and attach a picture of the product at hello@shopsmitten.in with the subject line “Replacement and Return” and we will take care of the rest.
All replacements and returns will be considered within 15 days of delivery.
All products returned must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Personalised Products cannot be returned/exchanged.

A. We do not offer gift packaging as of now. We will be introducing gifting solutions shortly.
Q. What's your return policy?

A. Yes, you can ship it to another address by entering the appropriate address for the recipient of the package
